Payments: 
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the reservation must be fully paid online by
credit card. Payment will be done in the local currency, NOK

Cancellation/Refund, Accommodation:
Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival, 100% refund
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival, loss off the full booking amount
Tour operators with a contract have free cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival

Cancellation/Refund, Activities/packages: 
Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival, 100% refund
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival, loss off the full booking amount
Any activities (not including rental of accommodation) cancelled due to bad weather
conditions will be refunded in full.
Tour operators with a contract have free cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival

Right to change/deviate itinerary on trips
The Supplier may change/deviate trips for the following reasons:
• If there are events of Force Majeure.
• If weather conditions make it unsafe to run the tour, or inappropriate to stick to the
original plan.

The Supplier will make the changes needed to complete a safe trip. The Customer
cannot claim any form of compensation over and above this, unless the customer has
incurred losses as a result of gross mistakes on the part of the Supplier.

Right to cancel trips
The Supplier may cancel trips for the following reasons:
• If the minimum number of participants is not met.
• If there are events of Force Majeure.
• If weather conditions make it unsafe to run the tour.

The Supplier shall notify the Customer of the cancellation as soon as possible. If a
trip is cancelled, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (if the ticket
was paid for in advance). The Customer cannot claim any form of compensation over
and above this, unless the customer has incurred losses as a result of gross
mistakes on the part of the Supplier.

Complaints/deadline for complaints
Complaints about the service provided must be notified at once to the representative
of the Supplier. Complaints relating to aspects other than the service itself must be
notified within 15 days of the Guest returning home, unless there are special reasons
for this deadline to be extended.

Rentals from a third party
In some situations, the Supplier might include rented products and materials from a
third-party as a part of the service. The Supplier is not reliable for any damages
related to the use of such products. Any costs for damages will be invoiced to the
Customer.

All rights reserved
The Supplier accepts no liability for errors in texts, images, and information on its
website.
The Supplier reserve the right to make changes after printed materials, timetables,
etc. have been produced. The Supplier also reserves the right to make changes to
prices and terms and conditions.

Release and waiver of liability for outdoor activities
I hereby state that I wish to participate in the outdoor activities offered by Norwegian
Wild AS. I recognize any outdoor activity may involve certain dangers, including but
not limited to the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, accidents or illness in
remote places, force of nature, and the actions of participants and other persons. I
further understand and agree that without some program providing protection of its
assets and its leaders, Norwegian Wild AS would not be able to offer its activities.
I understand that during outdoor activities, I MAY BE PHOTOGRAPHED. I agree to
allow my photo, to be used for any legitimate purpose by Norwegian Wild AS.
In consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in the activities
offered by Norwegian Wild AS, I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND
INDEMNIFY Norwegian Wild AS and its partners/contractors from any and all liability,
claims and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my
participation, or the participation of any minor that I am signing on behalf of, in any
activities offered by Norwegian Wild AS. This includes but is not limited to all liability
claims and causes of action in any way connected to property owned or leased by
Norwegian Wild AS, or the actions or inactions of any Norwegian Wild AS
employees, partners/contractors, agents, and or volunteers.
I personally assume all risks in connection with these activities. If I am signing on
behalf of a minor, I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Norwegian
Wild AS and its partners/contractors from all liability, claims and causes of action
which the minor may have arising from the minor’s participation in activities. The
terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my
heirs, personal representative, and for all members of my family, including any
minors.
I have read this release and indemnity agreement and have fully informed myself of
its contents.
